Seeking to Create an Integral Catholic Society

The Catholic Faith is not limited to individual, private belief. It should form strong, public bonds between the members of society, providing a common source of joy, hope, and beauty within a community. Life in community, academic education, and works of apostolate are crucial for forming an integral Catholic society. The SSPX, as far as it is able, strives to provide such initiatives for the faithful.

These initiatives include primary, secondary, and tertiary institutions of education, retreat houses where the spiritual exercises of St Ignatius are conducted, boys and girls camps during the summer, chapels with resident priests as well as mission chapels and, most importantly, houses of formation for priests and religious brothers, like Holy Cross Seminary.

The community at Holy Cross Seminary includes the priest professors, the brothers, and the seminarians. In 2018, there are 19 students undergoing formation, whom the seminary confides to your prayers for their perseverance. There are 16 seminarians, with two of them being in major orders, as well as 3 brother novices.
