On September 24th this year, the remains of our founder, Archbishop Lefebvre, were transferred to the crypt of the Church at the St Pius X Seminary at Econe. Recently, an impressive marble monument in the Archbishop's likeness has been erected on his tomb to honour his mortal remains.
The video shows us the location of Archbishop Lefebvre’s tomb in the Church crypt and explains the monument. The symbolism and inscriptions on this monument highlight his character and achievements. It also shows us the final stages of the sculpting of the monument and its careful installation on the tomb. One of those present described the laying of the monument as “It is like a third funeral, rich in emotions.” This video is of great interest to the entire Church.
We ask for your help to finance and complete this great tribute to our founder.
