On the feast of St Michael, Brother Francis Gabriel professed the religious vows of poverty, chastity, and obedience for the first time. In the SSPX, the brothers first make these vows for one year, and then make several temporary renewals before making their final and permanent profession after 10 years of religious life. We pray for Br Francis Gabriel’s perseverance.
Brother Joseph Xavier, the Seminary’s schola master and accountant, renewed his vows for a period of three years.
